Paranoid Android 3.99 (updated 2nd Sept 2013) is the latest Custom rom based on AOSP.

there is no official changelog from the team, but here what it says
" 3.99 build was released mainly due to the JWR66Y update and included some other little fixes that were underway before the update. You may have noticed that some devices are still releasing 3.99 updates. These updates mainly contain device specific fixes and as such change logs should be found on Xda for these releases. "
This Rom has some kickass features,
1. FACTORY RESET
2. INSTALL ROM, GAPPS (ALTERNATE HOST HERE)
3. WIPE CACHE & DALVIK CACHE
4. REBOOT
